The lawyers behind Turkey Legal Firm

Foreign clients do not only need a website. They need to know who will review the documents, explain Turkish legal procedures and take responsibility for the next legal step in Turkey.

Trust and responsibility

Why the team page matters in a Turkish legal matter

When a client searches for an English-speaking lawyer in Turkey, a Turkish law office or a Turkey solicitor, the decisive question is often simple: who is actually behind the work?

Turkey Legal Firm is the international client-facing presentation of Dr. Doğan & Koyuncu. The work is handled by attorneys and support professionals who deal with Turkish authorities, courts, land registries, tax offices, banks and notaries on a daily basis. The team combines local Turkish legal practice with English and German communication for clients abroad.

Many files start remotely. A foreign client sends documents, describes the goal and asks whether a power of attorney, court filing, tax step, title deed check or corporate procedure is necessary. The partners then structure the file, identify the missing documents and determine which local step is legally useful.

Working method

How the team handles a file from abroad

International clients often cannot visit Turkey immediately. The workflow is therefore designed around remote intake, reliable documentation and practical implementation in Turkey.

  1. Intake and document reviewThe client explains the matter and sends the key documents, deadlines and known facts.
  2. Route and authority checkThe responsible lawyer identifies whether the matter belongs before a court, land registry, tax office, notary, bank, consulate or another authority.
  3. Power of attorney and evidence planIf representation is useful, the required power of attorney and document list are prepared before filings are made.
  4. Implementation and reportingThe team handles local steps in Turkey and reports progress in English, German or Turkish.
